This delicious breakfast can be made the night before, all ready for you to start your morning with a healthy kick start!
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Berries (I used raspberries, blueberries and boysenberries)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract with seeds (optional)
Method
- In a blender combine the berries, almond milk, vanilla extract and protein powder.
- Blend until smooth, place into and bowl and mix in the Chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with fresh berries and walnuts.
