This delicious breakfast can be made the night before, all ready for you to start your morning with a healthy kick start! 

Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Berries (I used raspberries, blueberries and boysenberries)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract with seeds (optional)

Method

  1. In a blender combine the berries, almond milk, vanilla extract and protein powder.
  2. Blend until smooth, place into and bowl and mix in the Chia seeds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with fresh berries and walnuts.
